Open the Control Panel and Double Click on User Accounts.

Then click on Turn User Account Control on or off?

Approve it one last time.

Note: if this option does not show in the control panel you may type UAC into the search box.  You’ll see a link for “Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off”

Uncheck the box and click ok.

Click Restart Now or Later.

Those annoying pop-ups will be gone after a reboot/restart.
